Welcome to the website for 314 Forward (the "Website"). This Website is owned and operated by 314 Forward, a federally designated Hybrid PAC associated with the Federal Election Commission ("FEC"). Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Website.
By using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Website.
The Website is designed to facilitate independent expenditures, other advertisements that refer to a federal candidate, and generic voter drives in federal elections.
314 Forward can solicit and accept unlimited donations from individuals, corporations, labor organizations, and other PACs, subject to certain restrictions. 314 Forward cannot accept contributions from foreign nationals, federal contractors, national banks, or federally chartered corporations.
In compliance with FEC guidelines, 314 Forward may compile and disseminate campaign finance data from reports candidates file with the FEC, provided that information about individual donors is not included. Donor information from FEC disclosure reports cannot be used to communicate with the reported donors. However, 314 Forward may compile and share its own list of contributors, which may include donating, selling, renting or trading its list to other PACs and organizations.
The Website may provide information about federal candidates and process users' donations to candidates of their choice. Information about candidates, campaign workers, campaign consultants, and others who provide services to PACs may be used to solicit them as potential clients, solicit newsletter subscriptions, or obtain leads for news articles.
Volunteering one’s “own uncompensated personal services” or using personal internet/devices on behalf of 314 Forward is not considered a contribution by the FEC or the Missouri Ethics Commission (MEC).
As per the Missouri Ethics Commission, 314 Forward cannot accept contributions from political party committees, candidate committees (including exploratory and debt service committees), campaign committees, any corporation, association, or partnership that does not have authority to transact business in Missouri, or any federal or out-of-state PAC that is making a contribution over $1,500 and has not registered with the MEC.
